this phrase has to do with beauty, cosmetics or a make-up artist.

As a make-up artist I get very close to you. I touch your skin, observe your features and accentuate
the favourable aspects and strong points of your facial structure
with my expertise. The whole process begins at our first meeting with a
pleasant greeting: "meet and greet".
